Known as Indishell, the Indian hackers compromised the Pakistani Government websites including those of the navy, foreign affairs, Sindh police and Pakistan  Government information website. At least two of the hackers of the Indishell are also part of the Indian Cyber Army. The cyber attack is claimed to be a payback from Indian hackers to their Pakistani counterparts for recent attacks against key Indian websites.

The Pakistan Cyber Army, an unidentified group of Pakistani hackers, has announced that they will avenge the latest attack on as many as 30 Pakistan Government websites by Indian hackers.

Cyber security expert and Director at Torrid Networks Dhruv Soi says, “Cyber attacks between the two countries are getting more frequent than before and now we observe such attacks almost on daily basis. Cyber attacks will never die on the internet, and systems should be fully secured to handle it.”
